Ok, so it didn't go quite so well as I had hoped today. I did manage to only eat about 1250 kcal today, which was an improvement, a huge one from yesterday. Tomorrow's goal is about 800, 440 from protein. I'll work my way down from there, I think. Forgot to weigh this morning too, and had no chance to DDR, so no exercise which sucks. I'm going to do both tomorrow morning, will update again then. Yucky, I did eat an awful lot today, I'll do better tomorrow, I had better >
